• Print Problem by ePrint:
  • Your service carries a 7-15 days any Printing defect.
  • Packaging Business Card, Packaging Cash Memo, Packaging any Printing are not included.

• Exchange Policy:
  • • Only applicable in case of Printing defect.
    • Must notify within 3 days.
    • Any delay will not be acceptable.
    • Any exception will result in no return.
    • Customer has to bear the pickup/delivery cost during.

  ***Please Note: While claiming printing problem, the customer has to pay the pickup charge (Inside Dhaka 60 taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka) and the delivery charge after printing problem processing (Inside Dhaka 60 taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka).
